Registration Requirements
Parents/guardians must complete online registration for each student and provide the following documents:
- Parent/guardian’s Photo ID (driver’s license or passport).
- Proof of Address (two documents dated within the last 8 weeks). Acceptable documents include:
- Current utility or cable bills
- Mortgage documents
- Insurance papers
- Official documents from courts or DSHS
- Lease/rental agreements (must include first and signature pages)
Note: Envelopes are not accepted as address verification.
- Immunization Records (Certificate of Immunization Status or Exemption). More details.
- Proof of Student’s Age (required for kindergarten, 1st grade, or Special Education Preschool applicants). Acceptable documents:
- Birth certificate
- Hospital records
- Passport
- Current DSHS or court records
